The hotel had a perfect location, just a few steps away from the beach promenade. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and cozy. We also enjoyed the New Year's Eve party they offered, it was a great way to celebrate with other guests.
Despite these positive aspects, the experience was not perfect. The breakfast was poor, with limited options, and the room was noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Personnel kind and friendly. Clean, spacious rooms. Convenient, good location. Helpful staff and comfortable, large room. Adequate breakfast included.

We had a great experience at this hotel with friendly and English speaking staff. The location was very convenient for exploring the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was clean and spacious with adequate hotel facilities for our needs. The breakfast provided was satisfying and added value to our stay.
No complaints. we enjoyed our time at this hotel and would recommend it to others visiting this city.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shops. It is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access everything you need. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the staff are friendly and always willing to help. the continental breakfast is adequate and offers a good selection of food.
The air conditioning and heating systems can be a bit noisy at night, which can affect your sleep quality.

The air conditioning was very noisy and kept us up at night. Additionally, the shower water took a long time to warm up, which was frustrating. The decor was outdated, and the TV was disappointingly small. I expected a more modern and comfortable experience for the price I paid.
